About Black Crowes
The Black Crowes are one of the most iconic rock bands in American history. During the course of their long career, they have gotten together and disbanded again multiple times. They have released numerous singles and albums that have gone down as major hits. Some media outlets have even listed them among some of the greatest rock bands of all time. They have been described as Southern rock, hard rock, blues rock, and jam band. They have been signed to multiple labels during their career as well including Def American, Columbia, V2, and Silver Arrow. Furthermore, they have performed with a number of other iconic acts including Trigger Hippy, Jimmy Page, The Magpie Salute, and Brotherhood. Even though the band last disbanded in 2015, they recently announced that the Black Crowes are coming together for a tour once again.
A History of the Black Crowes
The Black Crowes originally come from the southern United States down near Marietta, GA. They formed n 1984. They were also known as Mr. Crowe’s Garden. The Black Crowes were first signed to Def American Recordings back in 1989 and released their debut album in 1990. This album went well, so they decided to release a second album in 1992. The band continued to record and perform live music for the next decade, eventually disbanding for the first time in 2002. They came together again a few years later, only to disband in 2015. During this time, the band sold more than 30 million albums. The Black Crowes got together again in 2019 and announced they would be embarking on another tour beginning in 2020.
The Black Crowes Reunion Tour and Tickets
The Black Crowes are going on tour for the first time since 2013! Anyone who would like to catch a Black Crowes concert should make plans to purchase tickets ahead of time. Cheap Black Crowes tickets are still available but they are not likely to last very long. This is an iconic band that everyone should take the opportunity to see live if they get the chance. They always put on a good show.
2021 Anniversary Tour
The last time the band performed together was 2014 so once the new tour was announced, fans could not wait to get tickets. The Black Crowes celebrated their 30th anniversary as a band by going on a world tour in 2021. The tour was originally set for 2020 but due to unforeseen circumstances, the tour was pushed back so all fans could come out to see the band. The 2021 summer tour started in North America in July at the Ascend Amphitheater in Nashville and continued throughout the summer. Making stops in Atlanta, Dallas, DC, Boston and more top cities allowed every fan to see a show. The big tour made it to Denver to perform at the Red Rocks Amphitheatre for two shows. The tour ended in September at the Bethel Woods Center for the Arts. Black Crowes tickets are available for all their shows on CheapTickets.
