About Cats

One of the most beloved Broadway shows has been revived for a second swing around Broadway! With music written by Andrew Lloyd Webber and lyrics from T.S. Elliot's poetry, Cats spins a magical world far beyond the imagination of humans. Get your cheap Cats tickets today to slip into one of the most hypnotizing stories on Broadway!

The Return of an Iconic Musical

Andrew Lloyd Webber was particularly inspired by Elliot's Old Possum's Book of Practical Cats. With little to no dialog between songs, one single set, and a wide range of musical styles, Cats first shook and then awed the musical theatre world. Andrew Lloyd Webber incorporated everything from electro and jazz to pop and classical music, his masterpiece "Memory" becoming one of the most famous Broadway songs from the 1980s. Debuting first on the West End in 1981, Cats soon crossed the pond for its Broadway debut at the Winter Garden Theatre. Cats is the fourth longest-running show on the West End and Broadway. It won both the Laurence Oliver and Tony Awards for Best Musical and has wowed audiences around the world, from Germany to South Korea.

North American Tour

Proving to be a successful show, Cats went on a national tour beginning in January 2019, at the Providence Performing Arts Center. This tour featured new choreography by Andy Blankenbuehler who also won a Tony Award for Hamilton. This cast featured Philip Deceus, McGee Maddox and Lexie Plath among other notable stars. This tour went well into 2020 with stops in Toronto, ON, Dallas, TX, Richmond, VA and more. Sit back, relax, and enjoy the show- but don’t forget to grab your tickets first!

Ready for its encore, Cats takes over the nation to delight fans both old and new. Whether you want to relive your first thrill of Broadway or experience the musical's magic for the first time, pick up your cheap Cats tickets here for an unforgettable evening of Broadway history!
