Rocking Into International Fame

After deciding it was time to get out from behind the drum kit and take the mic, Sully Erna pulled together a band and formed Godsmack. The group became a hit on the local Boston scene, their singles "Keep Away" and "Whatever" becoming radio mainstays. After signing with a label, Godsmack released their debut studio album in 1998. They performed at high-profile events like Ozzfest and Woodstock '99, drumming up a national fan base. Their sophomore album, Awake, featured the Grammy-nominated single "Vampires." 2003's Faceless pushed Linkin Park'sMeteora out of the No. 1 spot on the Billboard 200 chart. They followed that with an acoustic EP, The Other Side, which proved the band wasn't afraid to experiment with their sound. The band has continued to release acclaimed albums and perform at festivals like Mayhem Festival, Uproar Festival, and the Soundwave Festival.

2019 Fall Tour

Beginning on September 20 in Green Bay, Wisconsin, Godsmack partnered up with Halestorm for a fall tour. Tickets went on sale Friday, June 28^th, 2019. This tour traveled across the country, ending their run in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Although densely packed with dates, this is an epic combination of performers that won’t want to be missed.
