About J Boog
Jarrell Damonte Houston Sr. better known as J-Boog is a professional rapper and R&B singer. Before he moved to solo performing he was in the group B2K with Omarion, Raz-B, and Lil’ Fizz. During his time with the group B2K, he along with the other members starred in popular dance movie You Got Served. The movie was released in 2004 and generated over $48 million in revenue. The group grew in popularity until they decided to split in 2008.
After B2K split J-Boog recorded “Night Life” an EP album with his former B2K band mate Lil’ Fizz. After the EP was released he went on to become Vice President and Producer for Footage Films. Footage Films was a film created by his music manager and his first cousin Marques Houston.
The Millennium Tour 2019
In December 2018, B2K announced that they were doing a reunion tour in 2019. The tour started in early April 2019 at The Forum in Inglewood, California. The tour concluded at the end of May 2019 in Las Vegas at the MGM Grand Garden Arena.
