About Seether
With its melodic but powerful sound, Seether has quickly been recognized as one of today's most talented hard rock bands. As skilled musicians and charismatic performers, cheap Seether tickets tend to sell fast to die-hard fans. Pick up yours today to rock out with these South African stars!
From the fringes of the local scene to worldwide fame
The band's origin story starts in Johannesburg when the group originally got together under the name Saron Gas in 1999. They drummed up support on the local circuit and at university shows, releasing their debut album independently in 2000. With Fragile receiving significant airplay, the band soon signed onto a label and renamed themselves as Seether after a Veruca Salt song. After releasing Disclaimer in 2002 and touring with Evanescence, Seether invited Amy Lee to sing on their single "Broken." That song, along with "Sold Me," expanded Seether's popularity around the world. Having now crossed over into mainstream success, singles like "Remedy" and "Fake It" climbed the charts. In 2008 Seether won both the South African Music Award for Best Rock: English and the MTV Africa Music Award for Best Alternative Artist.
With a new album out in 2017, fans are eager to rock out at live Seether concerts and hear songs old and new. Don't miss out as this high-octane South African band tours the country – get your cheap Seether tickets today!
