About AT&T Center
AT&T Center began construction in the year 2000 and was officially opened in August of 2002. Previously the stadium was known as the Alamodome. The AT&T Center is located in San Antonio, Texas. The stadium can seat over 18,000 people. The stadium is home to the San Antonio Spurs who compete in the NBA, and the San Antonio Rampage who compete in the AHL.
Events
The stadium hosts NBA, NHL, WWE Raw, WWE Smackdown and many more events. Until 2017 the center also hosted the WNBA’s San Antonio Stars.
Designer
Ellerbe Becket who designed AT&T Center also was the designer for the Capital One Arena in Washington D.C. and Bankers Life Fieldhouse in Indianapolis.
