Georgia-born country singer/songwriter Cole Swindell got his big break thanks to country superstar Luke Bryan. The two met in 2007 when Bryan performed in Swindell's college town. Staying in touch, Bryan eventually hired him to work as a merchandise guy on tour. Swindell took advantage and began songwriting on the road, collaborating with headlining band Florida Georgia Line.
