A Talent With Cowgirl Attitude
Growing up in Texas, Racheal Lynn Woodward knew from a young age that she wanted to pursue a future in music. After a friend appeared on The Voice, RaeLynn decided to take the leap for herself. When she auditioned for the second season, both Adam Levine and Blake Shelton wanted her to join their teams. RaeLynn, a country girl, decided to work with Shelton. She made it all the way to the quarterfinals before finally being eliminated. However, she had made her mark, and soon she had a contract and songwriting credits for several other country singers. Her 2014 single "God Made Girls" slingshot her to the top of the Billboard Hot Country Songs chart. Her debut album came out three years later, led by the release of "Love Triangle." WildHorse was an astounding hit, debuting at No. 1 on the Billboard County Albums chart and heralding a bright future for the rising star.
